Tiffany “Lady of Power” Kelly Author, Speaker, and Coach Founder of Loose the Power Within! LLC Tiffany Kelly is a health transformation coach, author, media personality, and speaker. She is the founder of Loose the Power Within!, a company dedicated to equipping people with tools and strategies to live a healthy, fit, and sustainable life. She is the author of Lady of Power: Inspirations for the Weight-loss Journey, which includes thirty-one inspirations to motivate and encourage women on their journey to a healthy lifestyle! Tiffany’s own personal journey of losing over 80 pounds, curing her high blood pressure without meds, and overcoming depression and unhealthy eating habits naturally inspires so many! Recently, Tiffany launched a popular cooking show, Cooking Healthy with Tiffany, which is filmed LIVE every Wednesday on Facebook and Instagram. Her love of food also inspired her to create a food line, The Yummy Jars. The Yummy Jars is an easy way for people with busy lives to ensure they have a healthy diet -- even on the go! She is currently writing a healthy-eating cookbook. Tiffany is originally from Brooklyn and now resides in the Metro Atlanta Area. She has a B.S. in Business Management and a Master’s in Math Education and Educational Leadership. She’s completed coursework in advanced nutrition, is a certified fitness instructor, and has over five years experience with group fitness and weight-loss coaching. Tiffany won the 2018 Rising In Community Excellence Award (R.I.C.E.) for Health and Wellness for her dedication to helping people adopt healthier lifestyles. She has been featured on television, radio, in magazines, and as a speaker at conferences and retreats. When she’s not working, Tiffany enjoys spending time with family and friends, thrifting, participating at her church, fitness training, creating healthy recipes, designing custom wigs, and traveling.

Tonya Grant is an elementary school librarian and former classroom teacher with over twenty years of experience. She is currently a member of the Georgia Library Media Association and the Society of Children’s Book Writers and Illustrators. She served on the Georgia Picture Book Committee sponsored by the College of Education at the University of Georgia from 2015 to 2018. That experience allowed her to showcase her passion for reading. As a writer, she uses her words to offer advice, inspire and encourage people of all ages. Her magazine credits include ParentLife, Clubhouse Jr., Atlanta Parent, and Highlights. She’s also published in Chicken Soup for the Soul: Believe in Miracles. When she’s not reading or writing, she enjoys watching movies, working out, and game nights with her husband and two sons.
